Client Spotlight Bold Exterior Refresh in Grants Pass
This Grants Pass home received a complete exterior refresh built around a striking three-color palette. Sherwin-Williams 7069 Iron Ore brought depth and a modern charcoal tone to the siding, eaves, downspouts, and lower pillars. Crisp white trim brightened the windows, door frames, fascia, corner boards, soffit, and architectural accents, while SW2802 Rookwood Red transformed the front door into a warm, welcoming focal point.
A durable finish begins with careful preparation. The Grants Pass Painting team pressure-washed the exterior, scraped away loose and peeling paint, primed bare and weathered areas, treated rust spots as needed, and sealed vulnerable joints with premium exterior caulk. Landscaping, fixtures, hardware, and surrounding surfaces were protected throughout the work.
Two coats of mildew-resistant exterior acrylic were applied using a combination of spraying, brushing, rolling, and back-rolling to suit each surface. The front door received a smooth coat of Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel in a semi-gloss finish for extra durability. After a thorough cleanup and final walkthrough, the home was left with a polished new look, stronger curb appeal, and lasting protection from the elements.
