GPHS with Exterior Painting In Grants Pass, OR
This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Grants Pass High School, Performing Arts Center and has hosted many community and school performances in that time. In preparation for their the May Galla to celebrate 25 years, the school district decided give the exterior paint a refresh. One of the tallest buildings in our small town, painting it required a 85’ boom lift. It also required several extension ladders up 36’ tall. These ladders had to be hoisted up 3 stories and used on a 36’ section above the roof that could not be reached by a lift. With just spring break to get it done and scattered rain showers we had to pressure wash in the rain and paint it in just 2-Days to beat the rain. It took some theatrics, but with safety harnesses and some long days we got it done safely and on-time.
